Caroline Hegi-Kuster is the Manager of Hegi Holiday Property Management & Services.
"After gaining years of business experience within international organisations I wanted to return to the field in which my professional career began, Tourism Management. Through focusing our efforts and working closely with our customers to create the perfect holiday, I am hoping to make Switzerland the destination of choice, whatever the season.

German, English, French, basic Italian language skills

Diploma in into Property Management (Basic level)
Knowledge and skills

Experience in international marketing/communication, product marketing (Swarovski, Sonova/Phonak, Powder Byrne, Saas-Fee Tourism Organisation , Hotel Hof Weissbad****)

Personal knowledge of touristic offers in Switzerland (main focus: Flims Laax Falera, Engadin St. Moritz, Saas-Fee, Lake of Zurich region)

In close collaboration with our customers, the actual and future wishes and goals will be defined.
Our customers will receive an offer for the services to be provided by Hegi Propery Management & Services.
The services and costs will be defined and listed in a service agreement.
The costs will be charged according to time expenditure. For long term collaborations, monthly flat rates can be arranged.
Our customers will be provided with all offers of third party service providers (translated into Engslish language) for their perusal and written approval.
Services from third party providers will be contracted and charged directly to our customers.
